Inspiring Stop motion

Wallace and Gromit's Grand Day Out, being a childhood classic for me, resonates with me a lot. It's one of my favorite stop-motion movies ever made. I like the authenticity of it and how you can see that it's properly homemade. It came out in 1990, a lot earlier before most stop motion movies.

This extremely talented group, Guidelines, made this very detailed stop motion video. This one has less of a plot, but I still appreciate it for the animation. I also really like the clay making itself.

I think this one is very creative and has a bit of realism to it. I like how they act like the axe is heavy when they carry it. The sound is also very nice.

Inspiring Magazine Designs

I was inspired by the vast variety of colors and shapes I saw when researching these. I wasn't so interested in the actual photos of the people, but more by the graphic design and structure of the rest of the magazines. I was very mesmerized by the different methods magazines used to draw in readers, and what they think increases readership. I was very inspired by the audacity of some of the photographs too.
